Daniel I. Stusser is president of
ERGOTECgroup, which he
established in 1984. An internationally-known authority on
telecommunications management and billing systems and services, he
consults with industry vendors about strategies and markets.
Part of his role in the industry is to assist clients to grow or
streamline their firms through strategic acquisitions and divestitures
of business units and product lines. Since 1990 he has been involved as
an intermediary or consultant in several transactions valued up to $20
million.
Called "the Guru of Call Accounting" by Communications
Consultant magazine, he published The Telemanagement Industry
Letter for three years, and is the author of several comprehensive
studies of telecommunications management and billing systems and
services markets, including:

Daniel Stusser's research findings are frequently quoted in such

Week, Forbes, U.S. News & World

Network World, and Crain's New York Business. His articles appear in
Teleconnect, Business Communications Review and other
publications on various topics. He was Voice Applications Editor of Networking
Management magazine, the largest-circulation monthly trade journal
in the voice and data networking industry for two years.
Dan is a former member of the Institute
of Management Consultants and Society
of Telecommunications Consultants, and holds a degree in the
social sciences from Harvard
University.

Grant Jacobson has more than 20 years of experience in the
telecommunications, computing, and Internet sectors. Clients included IBM, France Telecom,
Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard,
Alcatel, among others, on projects that included
corporate and product strategy and planning, to market research, to
product planning and market development.
Grant was a member of the management team that formed Eunetcom, a
Paris-based joint venture created in 1993 by France Telecom and Deutsche
Telekom, and that eventually became part of Global
One. As marketing
director, he led a team to develop and launch a set of international
network services serving large corporations, with first-year revenues of
$65 million.
Prior to this, he held senior marketing positions at Nortel's Private
Network Division, and also worked within the Corporate Strategy and
Planning organization at Groupe Bull in Paris, France.
He attended The
University of Pennsylvania, and was awarded a
BBA degree in Marketing and an MS degree in Financial Economics, both
from the University of
Texas. Grant
has been a guest lecturer at the Advanced Management Institute in
Jouy-en-Josas, France.
